5.2 General Promotion Terms

- The same bona fide bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

5.3 VIP Program

- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a VIP level depends on activity and gaming behaviour on the platform. ba399's decision on cashback payments is final.
Game Rules
6.1 General Game Rules
Each game on ba399 is operated according to its specific rules. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures fair play. Live dealer games take place in real time and specific table rules apply.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete during a session due to a technical error or disconnection, ba399 may void or restore that round. In such cases, ba399's decision is final. Winnings of an unusual amount resulting from a system error will be voided.
Prohibited Activities
